Run up to Christmas
During this time of year I try very hard to take things slow. But this often does not work out as there is always so much to do and to get finished before Christmas and before the end of the year. Nevertheless, I do make sure that I don’t plan too many events and that I do do more tea rituals to keep things calm.
(This year I got a tea advent’s calendar from my 7 year old daughter – see picture. Each day a different tea to enjoy – glorious! I love tea. Nothing makes me happier than hearing the words: “Mary, I think its tea time! “)
So all I am saying is try and take it easy, despite all the hum drum and deadlines. If, despite your best efforts, you can’t keep calm, you are feeling overwhelmed or you have become ill, please don’t suffer in silence. Get homeopathic support. If you are an existing patient of mine, I can often offer help over the phone or via email.
Practice Christmas Holidays
I will be available in the practice until the 20th December 2017 and can be reached by phone or e-mail until Friday the 22nd December 2017. And I will be back in the practice on the 3rd January 2018.
January 2018 – Further education at Havelhöhe Hospital, Berlin
During the whole of January I will be doing some continued professional development at the Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus Havelhöhe. I will also still be seeing some patients but for limited hours. I have included some Saturday appointments to give you a bit more choice. Have a look here to see when I am available: hompractice.youcanbook.me.
And until we meet again, I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a joyful start to the new year.
